The Women In The Window by A.J.Finn

The story “The Women in the Window” is about Anna, former Child Psychiatrist, who suffered from Agoraphobia. She had been stalking people from her home everyday for past 10 months, but nothing disastrous had happened until one night, the night that brought so many bewilderment in her life. What happened that night? What is the reason behind her disorder? was revealed perplexingly in this story.

There are totally 100 chapters in this story but they are short chapters and I love short chapters. The first few chapters was in slow pace like a snail. But these chapters will make the reader to get a clear picture about the protagonist. I haven’t know about the disorder Agoraphobia until I read this book which is really frightening.

This story gets dive into the thrilling part after crossing quarter chapters. The flashbacks were said in between the ongoing chapters which made the story even more interesting. The revelation of her secret was at the perfect timing which brings more life to the story. The book was unputdownable when the story reached its final part . There was so much happening at the end that one need a clear mind to process it. The twist at the end is just incredible and every single guess one made will go wrong at the end. And I still can’t get over the climax. This is definitely a slow gripping and Amazing read.

My Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5/5
