I am out of words to say how much I love this series. Sarah J.Maas’s writing style has magic in it and I loved it from the very first chapter in the first book in this series. After finishing the first book I thought I loved it more than anything but the second book made me fall for it even more and every book in the series never fails to amaze me.
All the characters were very well developed in their unique way. I love the fact that importance was given to every single character. I think that is one of the best reasons I love SJM books most. I felt so much connected to Feyre. Never have I ever felt this much connected to any characters. The concept of a toxic relationship was so realistically described.
Rhys is such a sweetheart. He is so supportive and achingly perfect. I wish he is alive somewhere in THIS world. Feyre and Rhys are so damn perfect for each other and I couldn’t ship them enough. (Wish to find someone like Rhys) Marvellously executed enemies to lovers trope and slow-burn romance.
Cassian’s banters are everything and I couldn’t wait to read more about him. Azriel is soft and sweet and deadly. These men trio (Rhys, Cass & Az) are deadly combo for sure. Mor is a warrior and a loving soul. Amren is a monster by nature but also a freaking beautiful soul. Nesta is a ferocious queen and an unyielding kind of person. In short, I love all the characters.
The plot is to save the world. A usual one but the way it was executed is all matters and SJM did a great job executing it tremendously. There were many twists, planning, creepiness, action and adventure in this series. This series has everything I ever wanted in a book. Saying I love this series so damn much is an understatement.
